Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS/Engineering or related field.
  • 8–15 years of progressive IT experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in an IT leadership or management role.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or international operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Strong networking, infrastructure, and systems administration expertise.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Experience implementing and supporting ERP systems.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Oversee backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity programs.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies and security frameworks.
  • Manage endpoint protection, firewalls, IAM, and network security.
  • Coordinate penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and remediation activities.
  • Lead cyber incident response and recovery efforts.
  • Support implementation of BIM, digital project controls, mobile reporting, and IoT solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to improve digital project delivery.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven solutions and workflow automation.
  • Negotiate software licenses, hardware procurement, and SLAs; manage vendor relations.
  • Develop IT governance frameworks and ensure ISO27001 and data protection compliance.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT & Digital Transformation Manager to lead the organization's technology operations and digital transformation initiatives across multiple business units and international offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the Group's IT strategy, managing enterprise infrastructure, strengthening cybersecurity, implementing innovative digital solutions, and driving operational excellence through emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and smart construction platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute the Group's IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across all business units.
  • Develop annual IT budgets, technology roadmaps, and investment plans.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
IT Infrastructure & Operations
  • Manage corporate IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud environments, telecommunications, and end-user computing.
  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of all critical business systems.

  • Maintain software licensing compliance and technology documentation.
  • Support ISO 27001 and other relevant compliance initiatives.
Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the internal IT team.
  • Coordinate external consultants and technology partners.
  • Foster a high-performance, service-oriented technology culture.
  • Support continuous learning and professional development within the IT function.
