Job summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager Digital Transformation Manager to join a Doha, Qatar based leading organisation. This role shapes and executes the IT strategy, drives digital transformation, and oversees enterprise technology operations across the business.

You will provide strategic technology leadership, manage infrastructure and cybersecurity, oversee ERP and Microsoft 365, partner with vendors, and lead a high-performing IT team to deliver innovative solutions and resilient services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity and IT operations.
Experience delivering digital transformation and modernization projects.
Experience with ERP, Microsoft technologies and cloud environments.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management and PM skills.
Arabic language preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic technology leadership and align IT initiatives with business objectives.
Lead IT infrastructure, operations, availability, performance and security.
Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and policies.
Manage enterprise applications including ERP, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms.
Drive digital transformation initiatives and modernization projects.
Oversee adoption of construction tech, AI, and automation for efficiency.
Manage IT vendors and licensing.
Ensure IT governance, compliance, business continuity, disaster recovery and risk management.
Prepare and manage IT budgets, roadmaps and investment plans.
Lead, mentor and develop the IT team with a culture of innovation.
