Job summary

Kingston Stanley is seeking a Principal – IT & Digital to join a leading consultancy. You will shape IT strategies, drive digital transformation, and lead complex IT programmes for clients in the Energy sector, including Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals.

Senior leadership role focusing on technology architecture, cloud, data and AI, with responsibility for delivering high-value outcomes and mentoring diverse teams. Strong stakeholder engagement and execution capability are essential.

Qualifications

8–12+ years in IT or digital transformation consulting.
Strong energy sector experience (Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals).
Expertise in IT/digital architecture, Cloud, Data and AI.
Proven leadership and client-facing skills.
Experience building high-performing consulting teams.
Strong strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

Advise C-suite on IT strategy, digital transformation and technology-led business transformation.
Lead complex IT transformation programmes from strategy through delivery.
Develop IT strategies, operating models, digital platforms, architectures and technology solutions.
Provide expertise across IT/Digital Architecture, Cloud, Data and AI.
Lead and mentor diverse consulting teams, driving high performance and knowledge sharing.
Manage project quality, risk, client expectations and senior-level escalations.
Act as a trusted technology advisor and thought leader to clients.
Contribute to the growth of the Energy Practice, including business development and thought leadership.
