Job summary

Snoonu in Qatar is seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that simplify and scale the business. You will work across departments to map processes, identify operational inefficiencies, and deliver measurable transformation through automation and new platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in digital transformation or related fields, strong stakeholder management, and a hands-on approach to change management and program leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, business systems, or related field.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional transformation from discovery to adoption.
• Strong capability in process mapping, re-engineering, requirements analysis, and solution definition.
• Experience with enterprise applications, automation, integrations, or cloud platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior business and technical teams.
• Practical understanding of change management and value realisation.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the Digital Transformation roadmap.
• Identify pain points and opportunities for transformation with business teams.
• Lead current-state and future-state process mapping and redesign.
• Translate challenges into structured requirements and scalable concepts.
• Drive transformation initiatives from planning to go-live and measurement.
• Coordinate across Digital Solutions, IT, Data, Product, and external partners.
• Ensure adopted solutions deliver measurable business value.
