Job summary

QAFCO (Qatar Fertiliser Company) in Doha seeks a Digital Office Manager to lead the organization’s digital evolution, guiding the lifecycle of digital projects from conception to realization. You will report to the CTO and collaborate with key stakeholders to understand operational challenges and strategically apply emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in digital implementation, innovation, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role; preferably in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry. PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive QAFCO's digital vision and strategy definition, acting as steward for the digital initiatives' roadmap.
• Identify and ideate digital business opportunities across the value chain to address challenges.
• Oversee integrated digital budget and spend plan across functions, ensuring alignment with objectives.
