Job summary

Qatar Aluminium Limited seeks a senior leader to own and drive the enterprise digital transformation across operations, maintenance, HSSE, IT/OT, and administration. You will define the digital roadmap, ensure governance, and deliver technology-enabled improvements while embedding a digital culture to improve productivity, safety, and sustainability.

The role requires deep experience in program management, OT/ICS, and large-scale technology programs, with a strong background in IoT, AI/ML,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
MBA or Masters degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate the enterprise digital transformation roadmap.
Establish PMO governance, steering mechanisms, and decision-gate processes.
Track KPIs (cost, schedule, benefits, risks) and report to senior leadership.
Collaborate with leaders across Operations, Maintenance, HSSE, IT/OT, and Administration.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Lead communication, training, and digital literacy programs.
