Job summary

The role requires 12+ years in IT with 7+ years in management, and certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP may be needed depending on assignment. Strong communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant IT experience.
• 7+ years of management experience.
• Proven experience managing IT functions, teams, services, or complex technology environments.
• Relevant professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, COBIT, CISSP, or equivalent may be required depending on the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee assigned IT functions, services, projects, or operational activities.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, plans, processes, and service improvements.
• Lead IT teams and coordinate internal and external resources.
• Manage IT service delivery, performance, availability, and operational efficiency.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service performance.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and applicable regulations.
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and technology planning.
• Provide management reporting, recommendations, and technical advice.
