Job summary

Ooredoo in Doha is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to manage core HR operations, including Payroll, Benefits, HR Administration, Employee Relations, Onboarding, Offboarding, and related Employee Experience projects. You will collaborate with the Manager HR Operations & Systems to build a robust HR infrastructure and position Ooredoo as an Employer of Choice.

Qualifications

5 years of work experience in HR is preferred.
At least 3 years in a similar role.
Experience in HR policy administration and HR service delivery management.
Knowledge of Qatari employment law and QFC regulations.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
Manage payroll changes, payroll reconciliation, and pension administration.
Coordinate health and life insurance renewals and related queries.
Assist with OneOoredoo transformation data mapping, testing, and process documentation.
Provide HR services in alignment with governance requirements and deadlines.
Answer inquiries from auditors and ensure data confidentiality.
