UrbaCon Contracting & Trading Company is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to oversee benefits, compensation, recruitment and employee relations, supporting the HR Manager in strategy and policy development.

Responsibilities include administering the employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits enrollment, HRIS data integrity, policy implementation, and providing guidance to employees and managers on HR issues. A strong background in SAP HR and payroll software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR operations, payroll, benefits, HRIS and employee lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven HR decisions.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
• Experience with project/change management in HR initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ERP knowledge, preferably SAP HR experience.

Responsabilités

• Administer and manage the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance and offboarding.
• Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy in compensation and deductions.
• Manage employee benefits programs, enrollment and provider communications.
• Maintain HRIS databases ensuring data integrity and privacy compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR issues and compliance.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives and track participation.
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
• Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams on special projects to improve HR processes.
