Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking an HR Associate to streamline day-to-day HR operations for outsourced staff, including onboarding, mobilization, and payroll coordination. The role demands meticulous documentation and strong workforce management capabilities to support client needs.

You will act as the main contact for clients, screen and shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews. The role emphasizes stakeholder management, multi-role handling, and timely HR process execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR roles.
• Experience handling multiple roles across different domains.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, and HRIS.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and gathering requirements.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
• Build and maintain talent pools for recurring manpower requirements.
• Support offer release, candidate follow-up, onboarding, and mobilization.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on manpower requirements and replacements.
• Maintain employee documents, attendance, timesheets, and payroll inputs.
• Support employee relations, remobilization, demobilization, and exit formalities.
