Job summary

Commercial Bank in Doha is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end EOS processes for CBIS and QFC, and to oversee payroll activities within policy timelines.

You will handle employee credit facilities, advance salary requests, monthly reconciliations, and issue experience letters in Arabic and English, while maintaining NAV profiles and updating SuccessFactors data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Relevant HR experience is required.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end EOS processes for CBIS and QFC companies in compliance with labor laws and policies.
• Execute payroll processing activities for CBRE accurately within timelines.
• Process employee credit facilities, including personal loans and credit card applications, coordinating with departments.
• Handle advance salary requests for CB and CBIS employees.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of HR suspense accounts and prepare supporting proof sheets and reports.
• Prepare and issue experience letters in Arabic and English for CB and QFC staff.
• Create and maintain employee profiles in the NAV system.
• Update bank account details in SuccessFactors for CB and CBIS staff.
• Review, verify and approve education allowance and medical insurance requests per policy guidelines.
