Job summary

ALM in Doha, Qatar seeks an elite Network Manager with 12+ years of enterprise networking leadership to drive a project-based program. You will own Cisco routing/switching, SD-WAN, Meraki wireless, VPN security, and SLA governance across multi-tenant environments.

Lead incident management, design HLD/LLD, and coordinate vendors for flawless service delivery. This role requires in-depth Cisco device expertise, MPLS routing, and a track record of enterprise-level network operation excellence, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• 12+ years in enterprise networking, infrastructure, and leadership.
• CCNP/CCIE or equivalent experience.
• ITIL certification demonstrating service management mastery.
• Extensive Cisco devices, SD-WAN, Meraki wireless experience.
• OSPF, BGP, MPLS proficiency; multi-tenancy (vPC, VDC, VRF).
• Proven SLA governance, HLD/LLD creation, vendor management.
• Currently based in Qatar for immediate deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT network support teams, drive reliability and incident handling.
• Architect and maintain wired/wireless networks with advanced routing.
• Oversee Cisco core hardware, SD-WAN, Meraki wireless, VPNs.
• Manage multi-tenancy environments and SLA governance.
• Create and review HLD/LLD documents for expansions.
• Provide escalation support and root-cause analysis for bottlenecks.
