Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Qatar is seeking an experienced Senior Network & Infrastructure Engineer to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across enterprise systems. You will lead L2/L3 support, NOC operations, and coordinate OEM escalations while guiding a team of technical specialists.

The role requires a 10+ year hands-on background in large environments (airports preferred), ITIL, and strong leadership to ensure security, HSE, and cybersecurity standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering/IT.
• Certifications related to Aruba/HPE, Cisco and NMS.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in large enterprise or airport environments.
• Previous team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of network/infrastructure systems, troubleshooting and OEM management.
• Leadership and mentoring capability.
• Must meet airport security, HSE and cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance across Network & Infrastructure systems.
• Oversee Network L2/L3, NOC, Netka, cable-management/CMS drawings, IPTV and clock systems.
• Lead technical specialists and maintain certified resource coverage.
• Own Level-3 technical support and manage OEM technical escalations.
• Approve SOPs, method statements and preventive-maintenance schedules.
• Provide technical input for infrastructure-related changes.
• Support root-cause analysis and resolution of recurring and major incidents.
• Monitor discipline performance and report to the Service Delivery Manager.
