As a Network Lead at ALM ICT in Doha, Qatar, you will serve as the principal technical authority and team lead responsible for enterprise network operations, high‑level design (HLD/LLD) creation, and complex incident escalations. Your daily responsibilities will encompass managing multi‑tenancy routing and switching architectures, orchestrating SD‑WAN and Meraki wireless deployments, governing SLAs, and directing vendor and supplier management. You will collaborate closely with enterprise stakeholders and IT operations teams to ensure robust network performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor IT network support teams, driving operational excellence and high network availability.
• Manage complex enterprise networking infrastructure, including wired and wireless networks, routing, switching, and security.
• Architect, configure, and troubleshoot advanced Cisco environments (ASR 1k/2k, Nexus switches, Firewalls, ISE).
• Deploy and manage SD‑WAN architectures, Meraki wireless systems, and secure VPN tunnels (SSL, IPsec, GRE).
• Administer multi‑tenancy environments utilizing virtual port channels (vPC), virtual device contexts (VDC), and virtual routing and forwarding (VRF).

Required Qualifications & Skills
