Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a Network Solution Architect to lead enterprise network architectures across Qatar. You will govern designs for data centers, hybrid cloud, and multi-tenant infra, driving high-availability and automated operations.

The role demands extensive Cisco ACI expertise, VXLAN overlays, and strong security postures with zero-trust frameworks. You will interface with executives, vendors, and clients to deliver resilient networking solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• 12+ years of enterprise network engineering and data center experience.
• Extensive Cisco ACI, VXLAN, and Leaf-Spine expertise.
• Experience with Azure and GCP hybrid cloud networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architectural design, governance, and deployment of enterprise and data center network solutions across Qatar.
• Architect and deploy scalable Cisco ACI data center fabrics and VXLAN overlays.
• Design secure hybrid cloud network architectures integrating on-premises data centers with Azure and GCP.
• Architect robust NAC and identity management solutions using Cisco ISE, AGNI, Aruba ClearPass, TACACS+.
• Define zero-trust security postures and segmentation with Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Establish engineering standards and migration roadmaps for campus switching and centralized wireless LAN controllers.
• Drive network automation and telemetry with Python, Ansible, and AI/ML-driven operations.
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide troubleshooting guidance for fabric, routing, and multi-cloud interconnects.
• Create High-Level and Low-Level Designs, Network Implementation Plans, and runbooks for client projects.
• Collaborate with enterprise clients, vendor teams, and executives to present solutions and drive roadmaps.
