Job summary

Black & Grey HR partners with an established technology solutions and services provider in Doha, Qatar, seeking a Manager – Network Infrastructure to guide planning, delivery, and governance of enterprise networks across multiple sites.

The role requires a strategic leader with deep technical know-how, strong PM skills, and a track record delivering scalable, secure, and resilient networks for large organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience managing enterprise-level network environments.
• Extensive experience designing, delivering, and operating large-scale, multi-site network infrastructures.
• CCIE certification highly preferred; PMP certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for network infrastructure aligned with business objectives and long-term roadmaps.
• Lead design, deployment, and operation of large-scale network infrastructures across core, WAN, access, wireless, and data center environments.
• Establish project governance frameworks and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
• Manage budgets, procurement activities, vendor relations, and contractual obligations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of network engineers and specialists.
• Ensure SLAs, performance targets, and disaster recovery procedures are maintained.
