Job summary

ALM ICT in Doha, Qatar seeks a Network Lead to steer enterprise network operations, design high-level and low-level network architectures, and guide incident escalations.

You will manage multi-tenant routing and switching, SD‑WAN deployments, Meraki wireless, VPNs, and rigorous SLA governance, collaborating with IT operations and stakeholders. Immediate deployment in Qatar is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or CS.
• 10+ years hands-on enterprise networking experience.
• CCNP/CCIE or equivalent.
• ITIL certification for service management governance.
• Deep expertise in routing (OSPF/BGP/MPLS), switching, security.
• Extensive Cisco experience (ASR 1k/2k, Nexus, Firewalls, ISE), SD‑WAN, Meraki.
• VPN technologies (SSL, IPsec, GRE) and multi-tenancy (vPC, VDC, VRF).
• Must currently be based in Qatar for deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor IT network support teams for high availability.
• Manage enterprise networking infrastructure: wired/wireless, routing, switching, security.
• Architect, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco environments (ASR 1k/2k, Nexus, Firewalls, ISE).
• Deploy and manage SD‑WAN, Meraki wireless, and secure VPNs.
• Administer multi-tenancy with vPC, VDC, VRF.
• Drive incident management, SLA governance, and asset management.
• Produce HLD and LLD documentation for network expansion.
• Oversee vendor and supplier management and ensure deliverables.
• Lead RCA for network outages and ensure ITIL compliance.
