Job summary

WorkWavez Solutions in Doha, Qatar is seeking an Application Support Engineer – L2/L3 for a permanent on-site role. You will take ownership of critical production applications, handle incidents, and coordinate with development, database, and infrastructure teams to ensure system availability.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in L2/L3 support, strong RCA and ITSM experience, and are prepared for on-site work in Doha with a focus on proactive monitoring and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• 3+ years in L2/L3 enterprise application support or production support.
• Strong incident investigation and RCA skills.
• Experience with ITSM workflows and cross-functional coordination.
• Willingness for permanent on-site role in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support ensuring high availability of production environments.
• Investigate and resolve complex production incidents and software performance issues.
• Perform RCA and implement preventive measures for recurring faults.
• Manage incident lifecycles, service requests, and escalation paths with SLA focus.
• Collaborate with development, database, and infrastructure teams.
• Maintain technical docs and runbooks.
