Job summary

Q-Soft is hiring for an experienced Application Support Engineer (L2/L3) to work onsite in Qatar. You will own monitoring, troubleshooting, and RCA for mission-critical enterprise applications, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure rapid incident resolution and service stability.

The role requires 5–8 years of production support experience, strong SQL querying skills, and familiarity with ITIL practices. Onsite Qatar contract, permanent full-time with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional experience in Application/Production Support.
• Experience with enterprise applications and complex production environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot incidents and drive RCA.
• Coordinate with development, DB, infra, and vendors.
• Support deployments, patches, upgrades.
