Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a full-time specialist in Doha to deliver advanced diagnostics across system, application, and infrastructure levels. You will own root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes while coordinating OEM support cases and manufacturer upgrades.

The role requires hands-on experience with complex systems, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to document and mentor others.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with the specific system in a comparable environment.
• Diagnostic and root-cause skill.
• Documentation and mentoring.
• Advanced-incident resolution within SLA.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced diagnostics at system, application and infrastructure level.
• Carry out root-cause analysis for major and recurring incidents and own the permanent fix.
• Open and manage OEM back-to-back support cases under the same ticket and SLA clock.
• Own configuration, firmware and software maintenance and coordinate manufacturer releases and upgrades.
• Own the preventive-maintenance procedures and predictive monitoring for the system.
• Maintain the design documents, SOPs and knowledge base; mentor and sign off Level-2 competence.
• Provide technical assessment to the Change Advisory Board for changes to the system.
• Maintain readers, antennas and controllers; verify read rates and connectivity; tune performance with the OEM.
