Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a seasoned maintenance lead to manage preventive and corrective action for Radio Communications systems in a large enterprise environment. You will supervise experts, certify team readiness and approve maintenance procedures to ensure optimal system uptime.

The role demands strong troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and the ability to drive root-cause analysis across multiple platforms, including VHF, RFID and voice networks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or diploma in engineering, IT, telecommunications or related discipline.
Hands-on experience with radio/voice systems and video-wall tech preferred.
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for Radio Communications systems.
Lead subject-matter experts and ensure technical coverage and certification.
Review and approve SOPs, maintenance schedules and procedures.
Lead root-cause analysis and manage major incidents.
Monitor SLA performance, system availability and repeat incidents.
Report performance to Service Delivery Manager.
