Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering seeks a CBMS/CFADS Server and Application Engineer to deliver advanced diagnostics and maintenance for the CBMS/CFADS system in a demanding environment. The role includes root-cause analysis, OEM case management, and coordinating firmware and software upgrades.

The candidate will own preventive maintenance, predictive monitoring, and document knowledge bases while mentoring Level-2 staff and supporting Change Advisory Board assessments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on with the CBMS/CFADS system in a comparable environment.
• Relevant training or certification for CBMS/CFADS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced diagnostics at system, application and infrastructure level for the CBMS/CFADS system.
• Carry out root-cause analysis for major and recurring incidents and own permanent fixes.
• Open and manage OEM back-to-back support cases under the same ticket and SLA clock.
• Own configuration, firmware and software maintenance and coordinate manufacturer releases and upgrades.
• Own the preventive-maintenance procedures and predictive monitoring for the system.
• Maintain design documents, SOPs and knowledge base; mentor and sign off Level-2 competence.
• Provide technical assessment to the Change Advisory Board for changes to the system.
• Maintain the CBMS/CFADS servers and applications; monitor health and interfaces; apply patches under change control.
