Job summary

Mondrian Doha is seeking an Reservations Agent to maximize revenue by converting enquiry messages into bookings and delivering outstanding customer service. You will handle enquiries by phone, fax or email, and be fully proficient in Opera and Delphi to manage reservations and billing.

In this role you’ll input bookings with accuracy, uphold selling strategies, upsell hotel services, and contribute to the team’s revenue targets through proactive guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Respond to reservation enquiries by phone, fax or email and convert into bookings.
• Be fully knowledgeable in the operation, functionality and standards of using Opera and Delphi.
• Adhere to the minimum rate / minimum stay selling strategies as set by revenue.

Responsibilities

• Input reservations into Opera accurately and completely.
• Update special requests and billing details in Opera.
• Give polite, friendly responses to all inquiries received by phone, fax or email.
• Upsell products and hotel services to maximise revenue opportunities.
