Job summary

Concorde Hotel Doha seeks an Indian Reservations Agent to join our team and deliver excellent service throughout the booking process. You will handle inquiries, confirm bookings, and maximize room revenue while maintaining high standards of accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include updating reservations in the system, coordinating with front desk, and providing friendly, professional support to guests. Opera experience is an advantage, and knowledge of local market is a plus.
