Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC in Doha seeks a Learning Delivery professional to plan and execute brand and service training across our hotels. You will deliver on-property training for hourly associates, supervisors, and leaders, and serve as the subject matter expert on leadership development tools and resources.

You will monitor training compliance, collaborate with HR and Operations leaders, and use myLearning and analytics to ensure programs meet objectives and enhance guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years hotel ops or related experience.
• Preferred 4-year degree in HR, Business or related field.
• Marriott TC2 or similar adult learning certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and oversees brand and service training across designated hotels.
• Ensures compliance with required training and brand standards.
• Partners with HR and Operations to drive learning initiatives and outcomes.
• Uses learning analytics to measure program effectiveness and impact.
