The Ned Doha is seeking an experienced Learning & Development leader to oversee HR practices and design training programs that boost employee skills and knowledge. • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects with precision and discretion.
• Commercially minded with understanding of market trends and guest expectations.
• Natural collaborator in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and manager input.
• Develop, implement, and monitor training programs to enhance employee skills.
• Organize and coordinate learning activities, including workshops and e-learning.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs accordingly.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Promote a positive work environment and organisational culture.
• Collaborate with Director of HR and senior management to align HR strategies.
• Develop and manage L&D budgets and ensure cost-effective initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
