Job summary

You will monitor training compliance, coordinate with HR and Operations, and act as a subject matter expert on brand and leadership resources to elevate team performance across the designated hotels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major.
• High school diploma or GED; 2 years’ experience in hotel operations or related area.
