Job summary

• Experience in learning and development or training within luxury hospitality.
• Ability to design, deliver and evaluate learning initiatives.
• Strong leadership development and succession planning knowledge.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the property Learning & Development strategy aligned to business priorities and luxury service ambition.
• Conduct structured Learning Needs Analysis and translate insights into an annual learning plan.
• Own the implementation and adoption of IHG University across the property.
• Ensure all learning pathways are deployed, tracked and completed.
• Facilitate leadership development journeys for supervisors, managers and senior leaders.
