Job summary

InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa is seeking a Learning Manager to design, deliver and evaluate learning initiatives that support our business objectives and develop future leaders. You will partner with the leadership team and department heads to translate priorities into impactful learning solutions aligned with IHG standards and People & Culture strategy.

You will drive the Learning & Development agenda, ensure delivery of mandatory and brand learning pathways, and lead leadership development

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development or Training within luxury hospitality.
• Ability to design, deliver and evaluate learning initiatives.
• Proven capability to facilitate learning for diverse audiences and levels of seniority.
• Strong leadership development and succession planning knowledge.
• Excellent communications and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Learning & Development strategy aligned to luxury service goals.
• Conduct Learning Needs Analysis and create annual learning plans.
• Own IHG University implementation across the property.
• Deploy and track all required learning pathways and programmes.
• Facilitate leadership development journeys for supervisors and managers.
• Support PDPs and succession planning with leadership teams.
• Lead a Departmental Trainer framework to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
• Train and coach departmental trainers for quality delivery.
