Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, hospitality, or related field; certified trainer.
• Proven experience delivering Marriott training programs and total quality management.
• Experience linking training to business results and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Administers and promotes training programs for staff across departments.
• Evaluates training effectiveness and ROI; analyzes guest satisfaction data.
• Develops training plans and budgets aligned with brand standards.
• Leads quality assurance through Marriott Brand Standard Audits and audits.
• Collaborates with department heads to embed quality and continuous improvement.
