Job summary

Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, is seeking a Business Performance Analyst Specialist to drive real-time performance monitoring and empower data-driven decisions across its verticals.

You will define and track KPIs, conduct root-cause analyses, and partner with product, operations, and finance teams to implement corrective actions and support budgeting. This is a fast-paced role with a strong emphasis on ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in analytics, SQL, business operations, or performance roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in marketplace, logistics, or Super App environments and understanding of commercial business.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor KPIs and targets across verticals and markets.
• Identify drivers of performance deviations and conduct deep-dive analyses.
• Partner with teams to implement corrective actions and support budgeting.
• Track implementation of initiatives and measure outcomes.
