Snoonu is Qatar’s homegrown Super App revolutionizing daily life with fast delivery, shopping, and more. We seek a strategic PR & Communications Lead to shape how the brand is seen, heard, and understood, guiding external communications and protecting our reputation.

You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into compelling stories for customers, partners, media, and the wider community.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years in PR/Corporate Communications with leadership experience.
Strong media relations and proven press outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication with storytelling ability.

Responsibilities

Lead external communications and brand messaging for Snoonu.
Develop PR strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
Coordinate media inquiries, interviews, releases, and statements.
Manage media relationships, influencers, and industry partners.
Oversee crisis communications and risk messaging.
Collaborate with Marketing, Leadership, People & Culture on priorities.
Monitor media trends and provide actionable insights.
