CMC Advisor in Doha is seeking an HR & Qatar Labour Law Specialist to oversee HR operations in compliance with local regulations and company policies. You will advise on contracts, employee relations, and compliance matters while supporting onboarding, offboarding, and documentation processes.

The role requires a strong background in Qatar Labour Law, policy development, and practical HR guidance for management, with a focus on regulatory changes and risk mitigation in a dynamic business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, law, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and employment regulations.
• Experience in HR policies, employee relations, contracts and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support HR operations in compliance with Qatar Labour Law and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
• Provide professional advice on employment contracts, employee relations, disciplinary actions, termination, leave, working hours, and other HR matters.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar employment regulations and related government requirements.
• Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and documentation processes.
• Handle work permits, employment requirements, and expatriate employee matters.
• Review HR practices and identify compliance gaps and risks.
