Asian Paints Doha Trading (APDT) in Doha, Qatar seeks a proactive B2B Technical Sales professional to promote and sell Protective Coatings. You will develop strong customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering, 3+ years in technical sales, and willingness to travel extensively. You will coordinate with technology teams and use CRM to support customers and close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Engineering as required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales.
• NACE or equivalent certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites and new geographies.
• Demonstrates ownership, accountability and commercial focus.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell Protective Coatings to existing and new customers.
• Plan visits to customers to meet targets and territories.
• Manage existing accounts to increase share and profitability.
• Develop new customers through pre-qualification sampling and negotiation.
• Prepare quotations and sign off annual rate contracts.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and improve gross margins.
• Plan collections and ensure payment terms are met.
• Collaborate with Technology for product gaps and new developments.
• Use CRM tools to address complaints and actions to close issues.
• Build partnerships with owners, consultants, contractors; promote brand in specs.
• Monitor site progress and provide technical support for timely completion.
• Prepare proposals to win contracts and expand existing business.
