Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a General Manager for a chemicals company involved in paint manufacturing and distribution in Doha, Qatar. You will own the full P&L, drive top-line growth and bottom-line results, and ensure disciplined execution of the approved business strategy, budget, and operating plan.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive business leadership with P&L accountability.
• Strong track record in paints, chemicals, building materials, or related industrial sectors would be highly preferred.
• Proven ability to grow revenue, manage profitability, and drive market expansion.

• Own and drive the business strategy and P&L for the territory.
• Lead commercial growth and market development initiatives.
