Qualifications

• Proven painting experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Knowledge of painting materials and methods
• Physical stamina for long hours of manual labor
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Working knowledge of English for client communication
• Willing to consider immigrant candidates; valid work permit required

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces, mix paints, apply primer or sealers, and apply finish coats.
• Mix colors accurately and repair drywall imperfections as needed.
• Measure surfaces for coverage and occasionally wallpaper walls.
• Provide customer service by explaining paint options to clients.
• Maintain and clean brushes, rollers, and sprayers; follow safety regulations.
• Keep a neat and orderly work area while ensuring compliance with safety standards
