Job summary

Asian Paints Doha Trading W.L.L. in Doha seeks a Marketing professional to lead all initiatives for the Qatar unit. You will develop campaigns, manage influencer programs, and support retailers through targeted activation and training.

The role requires 3+ years of marketing experience in paints or consumer goods, with fluency in English and local languages. You will work in a matrix organization to drive growth and brand presence in the market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in paints or consumer goods.
• Experience with dealer networks, retail stores or channel marketing.
• Exposure to influencer programs and field activation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive Qatar Unit marketing initiatives and processes.
• Support team with product initiatives and influencer activation.
• Identify potential outlets and scope customer traffic and experiences.
• Execute annual marketing plan priorities and key initiatives.
• Drive campaign and sales target achievement.
• Work on Master Strokes Loyalty Program execution and analysis.
• Expand influencer programs with targets and activities.
• Engage influencers; organize meets and collateral support.
• Plan and deliver applicator and contractor training.
• Provide end-to-end support for painting services and shade consultancy.
• Plan site sampling, warranties, and monthly reporting.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and monthly performance insights.
