Qatar National Bank is seeking an entry-level Procurement Sourcing Associate in Doha to support the source-to-contract process, create scope of work, and assist with RFQs/RFPs and supplier negotiations. You will help maintain the vendor panel, assist internal customers, and ensure compliance with procurement policies, SLAs, and risk controls as part of the Group Procurement function.

• University graduate (Bachelors) preferably with a Major in the related field of study.
• No experience required, entry level role.

Responsabilidades

• Implements KPI’s and best practices for Associate, Procurement Sourcing role.
• Promote cost consciousness and efficiency and enhance productivity.
• Assist internal customers in all their procurement requests/activities and seek solution to their requests.
• Follow and deliver Source-to-Contract process in the frame defined by category strategies and panels.
• Ensure the Source-to-Contract process follows the definitions laid out by the category strategy (RFP specifications, negotiation tactics etc).
• Provide input directly on the analysis of large/complex requests, and the subsequent RFP development, issuance, negotiation, selection and contract drafting.
• Assist to deliver KPI reporting as required.
• Comply with the defined Group Procurement Policies and Procedures.
