Job summary

Estithmar Holding Group is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist in Qatar to lead sourcing for MEP and water solutions projects. You will manage supplier evaluations, negotiate terms, and ensure timely deliveries in line with project schedules.

The role requires 3+ years of procurement experience, strong ERP skills (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics), and excellent vendor management and communication abilities. Local hire preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in MEP, water solutions, utilities, or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract administration.
• Experience sourcing materials and equipment related to water treatment, pumping stations, plumbing networks, or MEP systems is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Available to join within 1 month or less.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in line with project requirements.
• Evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, and commercial teams to ensure timely procurement.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.
• Maintain procurement records and update transactions in the ERP system.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project schedules.
