Job summary

Estithmar Holding Group in Qatar is seeking a Procurement professional to source and procure materials, equipment, and services for engineering projects. You will work closely with engineering, project, and commercial teams to ensure timely procurement and adherence to budgets.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years in procurement, with strong knowledge of supplier management, contract administration, and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or MS Dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience.
• Experience sourcing materials and equipment for water, MEP, or engineering projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in line with project requirements.
• Evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate terms.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, and commercial teams to ensure timely procurement.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.
• Maintain procurement records and update ERP transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project schedules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience preferably in MEP, Water Solutions, Utilities, or Engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract administration.
• Experience in sourcing materials and equipment related to water treatment, pumping stations, plumbing networks, or MEP systems is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Available to join within 1 month or less.
