Job summary

Confidential Government or Semi-government Entity in Doha seeks a qualified Buyer to join the Supply Chain Department. You will support end-to-end procurement, RFQs, tendering, supplier evaluation and negotiation, ensuring compliance with Qatari regulations and organizational policies.

You will manage PR-to-PO processes, monitor contracts, and contribute to procurement reporting, stakeholder coordination, and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related experience, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Diploma with specialized certificate in Business Studies; engineering degree preferred.
• English proficiency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement from PR to PO.
• Support RFQs, tendering, supplier evaluation and negotiations.
• Maintain procurement documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely submissions and compliance with policies.
• Adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements across procurement activity.
• Support contract administration, variation orders and close-out procedures.
• Promote cost-effective procurement and continuous process improvement.
