Job summary

QNB Group is seeking a Procurement Sourcing Associate to assist in delivering the source-to-contract process. The role involves creating scopes of work, managing RFQs/RFPs, analysing bids, negotiating terms, and drafting supplier contracts with Group Legal support.

You will also help maintain the vendor panel and ensure alignment across departments and expense owners. As an entry-level role, a university degree is required and no prior experience is necessary.

Qualifications

• University graduate (Bachelors) preferably with a Major in the related field of study.
• No experience required, entry level role.
• Resume/CV, Copy of Passport or QID, Copy of Education Certificate, Copy of Birth Certificate must be attached.

Responsibilities

• Promote cost consciousness and efficiency to minimise cost, waste and optimise benefits for the bank.
• Assist internal customers in procurement requests and seek solutions.
• Provide input on large/complex requests, RFP development, negotiation and contract drafting.
• Maintain the vendor panel/database as the link to suppliers in Procurement.
• Ensure Source-to-Contract processes align with category strategies and panels.
