You will coordinate preferences, arrange amenities, and support guests with bookings and requests in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with residents before arrival and send preference form.
• Coordinate with team to set up residence according to preferences.
• Prepare welcome amenities before arrival.
• Greet residents at main entrance with personalized welcome drink.
• Conduct in-residence check-ins adhering to Rosewood standards.
• Provide residence orientation to familiarize residents with features.
• Observe and record resident preferences and special requests.
• Assist residents with reservations, special requests, and bookings.
• Maintain residence cleanliness and organization per preferences.
• Handle resident laundry and coordination with valet services.
• Deliver packages or store them securely as per preferences.
• Report technical or maintenance issues to appropriate departments.
• Coordinate packing/unpacking of resident belongings.
• Be knowledgeable about local attractions and assist with bookings.
• Participate in residence gatherings to foster community and gather feedback.
• Conduct site inspections and in-residence orientations for potential residents.
• Coordinate smooth check-out, settlements, and departure gifts.
• Inform housekeeping of preferred cleaning times and needs.
• Provide courteous, professional service at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and hotel data.
• Stay updated on promotions, activities, and arrivals/departures.
