Job summary

Rosewood Doha seeks a dedicated Residence Concierge to manage pre-arrival coordination, arrivals, and stay experiences for residents in our luxury residence program. You will ensure personalized service, anticipate needs, and maintain flawless communications with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, coordinating amenities, handling requests, and assisting with departures while upholding Rosewood standards and brand promises.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to anticipate resident needs and respond promptly.
• Experience in luxury hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Arrival Coordination: coordinate with residents before arrival and prepare welcome amenities.
• Arrival: greet residents and conduct check-ins with Rosewood standards.
• During Stay: monitor preferences, assist with reservations and bookings, manage deliveries and laundry.
• Departure: coordinate smooth check-out, assist with packing and departure gifts.
• Communication and Reporting: maintain resident profiles and handovers with logs.
• Support and Collaboration: assist housekeeping, concierge, in-room dining, and F&B as needed.
• General Responsibilities: perform duties with attention to detail, stay organized, and uphold Rosewood standards.
