Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a proactive Guest Services/Reception Associate in Qatar to manage telephone operations, greet guests, and coordinate with multiple hotel departments. You will use Glowing and Knowcross systems to log requests, monitor lines, and relay messages accurately to ensure guest satisfaction throughout stay.

The role emphasizes maintaining high service standards, anticipating needs, and delivering timely information about hotel facilities while adhering to Forbes/LQA

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls with proper greetings and telephone etiquette standards.
• Communicates with Guests using Glowing system.
• Conduct departure calls on a daily basis to obtain guest stay experience and departure time.
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
• Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis.
• Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Set up workstation with necessary supplies and resource materials.
