Responsibilities

• Ensure that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented.
• Work closely with other associates to support hotel and guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to a unique guest experience and create a sense of place.
• Support new housekeeping team members.
• Record guest requests and ensure timely handling by relevant departments.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure prompt resolution and satisfaction.
