The role involves various responsibilities from cleaning furniture to managing guest requests, ensuring all tasks align with Rosewood standards.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning chairs, sofas and carpets in guests’ bedrooms and all public areas.
• Removing chewing gum, candle wax, wine and coffee stains.
• Working closely with other associates to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Reporting for work ensuring appearance and presentation meets standards.
• Cleaning all rooms in accordance with Rosewood standards.
