Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
• Monitor and control operation of linen room, uniform room, floors, public areas and storerooms.
• Prepare and track weekly inventories; manage linen, amenities and cleaning supplies.
• Supervise Housekeeping associates to ensure proper uniform, grooming and coverage.
• Maintain attendance records, rosters and shift plans to ensure adequate staffing.
• Inspect rooms for quality checks and compliance with standards.
• Assist in inspecting vacant rooms to meet brand standards.
• Ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment and report issues.
• Train and supervise associates to uphold Forbes/LQA and brand standards.
