Job summary

Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North invites a detail‑oriented People & Culture Executive to oversee P&C operations for Waterpark/Theme Park teams within a luxury resort. You’ll manage employee records, onboarding, payroll data, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with local labour requirements.

Role requires hands-on Oasys payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to support recruitment and employee relations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of People & Culture/HR experience in high-volume hospitality.
• Hands-on experience with Oasys payroll system is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of payroll inputs, attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR administration processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day People & Culture activities for Waterpark/Theme Park teams.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
• Prepare HR letters, contracts, and onboarding documents.
• Ensure compliance with labour requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and high-volume seasonal staffing.
• Provide first-point support for employee relations and engagement.
• Oversee payroll data in Oasys and reconcile with attendance.
