Job summary

Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North seeks a highly organized People & Culture Executive to support payroll, attendance, onboarding, and HR admin for waterpark and theme park teams.

Experience in high-volume hospitality, including seasonal staffing, and hands-on Oasys payroll expertise are required. The role involves employee relations, documentation, and ensuring compliance across labour laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or hospitality management.
• 3–5 years of HR/People & Culture experience in hospitality.
• Hands-on payroll experience with Oasys is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day People & Culture activities for resort operations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
• Prepare HR letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labour requirements and company policies.
• Support payroll data entry, attendance, leave, and overtime processes.
